GUESS WHO'S BACK

Ok so maybe not right back, but certainly quicker than usual.

To ease myself back into the world of blogging, I’ve decided to start by sharing some photos from my Summer. When I’m not working I have been enjoying getting to know my camera a little better and playing with my Fish Eye lens (thanks Dave, seriously good present).
These snaps include fun beach times, Gilles St. Market, wood oven pizza makin, Pilot Records radio interviewing, URTEKK gigs, Fringe night out and a whole lotta sky.

Photos... such an easy way out. Onwards and upwards from here though right?! XXX

Oh Hey!

Wow, it's been a while. Too long for me to really recall what I've been doing. Tonnes of Red House Vintage related things have been going on though including our one year anniversary at the Gilles St. Markets and launch of our online Spring Collection! Heaps more in the works too, new website, launch of our vintage jewellery range, new collections, Summer lookbook, market dates + much much more. Annnnnnd our Designer Vintage range due for release early 2012... If I can bring myself to let any of the pieces go that is.

For now though, watch this amazing ad I found from the 60's.

Anyway I'm going to try my best to get back into the swing of blogging (at least more then once every three months.
And maybe even find something super interesting to write about?!! Who knows... XXX

Sometimes, geeks can be chic and sometime a surprise is just what you need.

This is the new and improved Red House Vintage blog. My life is changing, there’s  A LOT of out with the old… kind of stuff happening and big opportunities just around the corner.

The truth is, I was totally over the pressures of maintaining a constant and
somewhat appealing blog; So from here on in you can expect a much more impulsive, opinionated and honest me. A new blog to match a new me*. This is not going to be your average fashion blog (there will be a lot of fashion but it will not be average) and the only thing I can assure you of is that I will not be posting daily, I’ve tried and failed so given up on that. 

So here it is… my view, my life, my doings, my likes and dislike and of course Red House Vintage.

*Actually it’s the same me just with more exciting things going on.
